Delivery is carried out from Monday to Saturday and will be provided by a third party appointed by Mobilochka on behalf of Mobilochka. We make every effort to dispatch goods in a timely manner. If the ordered goods are not delivered within the timeframe specified by Mobilochka in the electronic order confirmation, please contact customer support, providing a link to the order contained in your electronic order confirmation.
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by you when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of the purchased goods passes to you upon receipt of payment by Mobilochka in full. You will be asked to sign a receipt of goods, indicating that the goods are as described and were received in good condition.
If you are not present at the delivery address, Mobilochka will assume that all adults present at the delivery address are authorized by you to accept the goods you have ordered. If the above criteria are not met or no one is present at the delivery address, Mobilochka will not leave the goods at the delivery address. We will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Please note that couriers will only deliver goods to the address you have specified.
