The iPhone 15 Pro has become thinner and slightly smaller than the iPhone 14 Pro. The weight has decreased by 10% and now totals just 187 grams.
The display size remains the same at 6.1 inches, but maximum brightness has increased to 2000 nits. The screen-to-body ratio has also grown to 88.2%, compared to 87% in the previous generation.
The smartphone features Always On Display — a lock screen interface that shows essential information even without a wallpaper. This feature was sorely missing in the previous generation. With it, users can view messages and time on the locked screen and customize the interface, for example displaying only the time and weather information.
Performance
Thanks to the next-generation A17 Pro processor, performance has significantly increased. RAM has been expanded by 2 GB to a total of 8 GB. Battery capacity has increased slightly and now stands at 3274 mAh. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour and 33 minutes.
The phone is equipped with a solid camera system: a 48 MP main sensor, a 12 MP ultra-wide lens, and a 12 MP telephoto lens. The selfie camera retains its 12 MP resolution.
Overall, the phone turned out to be very successful, and its performance will remain relevant for many years to come.
