Differences Apple iPad Air 13 (2025) from the other Ipad?
In March 2025, Apple quietly introduced the updated iPad Air 13 (7th generation). The manufacturer retained all the best features from previous models while adding the most advanced processor currently available.
Overview

The primary upgrade is the new M3 chipset, featuring 8 main cores and 9 GPU cores. It supports hardware ray tracing, making in-game graphics smoother and more realistic. The processor can handle 4K video editing and processing, offering a performance increase of approximately 14–15% compared to the 2024 model.
The battery capacity remains at 36.59 Wh. Charging is still via USB-C at 20W, with no fast or wireless charging. However, battery life has slightly improved thanks to the new 3nm processor, which generates less heat and consumes less energy.
The device is compatible with keyboards and styluses, including the standard Apple Pencil and the Pro version.
Wi-Fi 6E support has been added, improving connectivity stability compared to the previous Wi-Fi 6 standard.
Design
The exterior remains unchanged: dimensions 280.6 x 214.9 mm, weight 616 g, thickness 6.1 mm. Color options are the same: Starlight, Purple, Blue, and Space Gray. The only visual change is the removal of the “iPad Air” label.
Display
The screen is identical to the previous model, with a resolution of 2732 x 2048 pixels and 600 nits of brightness. It features an IPS Liquid Retina panel and supports True Tone, automatically adjusting color temperature based on ambient lighting.
Cameras
Both the rear and front cameras are 12 MP, as before. The rear camera supports 5x digital zoom. The front camera includes Center Stage, keeping the user centered in the frame even while moving.
iPad Air 13 is a mid-range tablet with minor but meaningful upgrades over its predecessor. Apple aimed to deliver a powerful device capable of handling video editing while maintaining a compact, portable form factor.
